Terms and Conditions – Aura Cover Atelier

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, ‘Aura Cover Atelier’ refers to the user of these terms, located in Tangier, Morocco. ‘Buyer’ refers to the natural person or company placing an order.

Article 2 – Applicability

These conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Aura Cover Atelier. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – The Offer and Customization

All designs are manufactured upon request (Made-to-Order) in our atelier in Tangier.

Since every garment is specifically crafted according to the length and preferences provided by the Buyer, this is considered custom-made work.

Minor variations in color (due to screen settings) or handcrafted details are part of the artisanal and unique character of the couture.

Article 4 – Payment

Orders will only be taken into production once full payment has been received through the website.

Article 5 – Delivery and Shipping Areas

Aura Cover Atelier currently ships exclusively to customers in Morocco and The Netherlands.

The estimated production time is 14 to 21 business days before the package is dispatched.

Aura Cover Atelier is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier services when shipping from Morocco to the Netherlands.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (No Returns)

In accordance with international regulations for custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Since every item is specifically created for the Buyer, Aura Cover Atelier does not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a demonstrable production error.

Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints

Aura Cover Atelier guarantees the quality and meticulous finishing of its products.

Any complaints must be reported in writing with supporting photographs within 48 hours of receipt via our official communication channels.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All designs, texts, and imagery are the property of Aura Cover Atelier and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

All legal relationships to which Aura Cover Atelier is a party shall be governed exclusively by the laws of its place of business (Morocco).
